Feisal Visram

Feisal is an IT specialist, highly skilled in business systems analysis and design. Feisal’s experiences lend themselves to customer insight, marketing, sales databases and web based business systems. He has worked across various industry sectors of interactive media, financial services, public utilities and retail. Feisal is experienced in establishing formal business requirements, producing specifications and interpreting these into technical design deliverables for system(s) development. In addition, he has extensive project and program management experience, including offshore, remote development.


Paul McFarlane

Paul is a Cognitive Box business systems analyst and consultant, specializing in sales and marketing requirements. Paul’s expertise includes high-level system design, development and implementation. With over twenty years of experience, Paul brings specialist consultancy to a number of areas, including database marketing, campaign management, loyalty management systems, and marketing software solutions. Paul has worked intensively in a wide range of industry sectors including automotive, central government, financial services and manufacturing.

Aisha Solanki

Aisha brings over 10 years of experience in business, financial and national health services to Cognitive Box. Aisha’s past positions have primarily encompassed project management, organizational restructuring, and business reengineering for CRM processes. She has had numerous achievements, focusing on the planning and delivery of multi-million dollar CRM projects and corporate loyalty programs. Ernst and Young, AMEX, and Allen & Overy Law Firm are just a few of the companies Aisha has worked for. Earlier in her career, she managed the successful implementation of clinical information systems for the Lewisham National Health Services. Aisha holds an MSc degree in Advanced Information Technology from South Bank University in London.(photo coming soon)


Dominic Briggs

Dominic brings over 13 years of project management and media based expertise to Cognitive Box. He has worked in the telecommunications, mobile technology, QA, market research and entertainment industries, including Ericsson, M:Metrics, Babel Media, Glu Mobile and Univision. Dominic has experience in managing multiple projects throughout the full project lifecycle, including (but not limited to) business cases, proposals, quotations, MSP planning and execution through to wash-up. He specializes in bespoke project management, SCRUM Agile and Prince2 methodologies. Dominic has a degree in Business Studies from the University of Portsmouth, UK and is bilingual (French)


Susan Foster

Susan has supported Shaun Doyle in his role as CEO for over 5 years. She is responsible for all UK office administrative tasks, including booking travel, coordinating contracts, coordinating time sheets, insurance, and invoicing to UK and US clients. Prior to working at Cognitive Box, Susan had a long and successful 27-year career in health services as a Senior Operating Theatre Nurse specializing in Anaethesitics, and recovery room practice. Her role included coordinating and running the multi-disciplinary department team, in addition to teaching and assessing students within the clinical setting. Furthermore, Susan oversaw the effective delivery and care of patients throughout their per-operative experience, as well as the day-to-day responsibility that comes with management.





Jon Doyle

Jon brings his creative edge to Cognitive Box as our marketing executive. He manages the successful creation and stylish implementation of all marketing materials. Jon is responsible for company photography and prepares presentations for clients and conferences. Among his many talents outside Cognitive Box, Jon counts his written work and music to be the strongest.

Jordan Polak

Jordan brings to Cognitive Box a wealth of strategic and tactical marketing knowledge from his 14 years of work in the casino, financial services and pharmaceutical industries. Throughout his journey, Jordan has leveraged available and affordable technology to better streamline marketing communication, offers and processes. In recent years, Jordan has focused on true CRM campaign management, not only putting the right offers in the right hands, but taking it to a level of 1:1, timeliness, and channel specificity to deliver the respective messages—all equating to increased response rates and revenue.
Jordan earned his MBA with a Strategic Marketing concentration from Washington University in St. Louis, Olin Business School, and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Muhlenberg College.

Donna Bradley Saunders

Donna brings over 15 years of experience to our team. She has worked as a management consultant, business analyst, and project manager in the telecommunications and financial industries, and also the US Government. Her most recent project involved implementing a large billing system for Fannie Mae, using PeopleSoft. Furthermore, Donna has been a valued employee at the following esteemed companies: Deloitte & Touche and MCI Telecommunications. Donna has a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Lehigh University, and an M.B.A. from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at University of Maryland.




Carol Nolan

Carol brings over 25 years of experience in business administration, law and finance to Cognitive Box. She began her business career as an investment professional and was a Limited Partner with Alliance Capital Management, L.P. In this capacity, she traveled extensively, visiting and evaluating telecommunications and computer companies both in the United States and abroad. She broadened her expertise in business management as a co-developer and owner of a successful lodging business located in Mystic, Connecticut which she owned for twelve years. In addition, she has worked in the legal industry as a Paralegal specializing in business law. Carol graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Arts degree.


Tracey Rose Cook

Tracey brings a remarkable 27 years of business experience to Cognitive Box, boosting our US office team. She began her career in the newspaper industry in upstate New York, where she managed the advertising services department. After nine years, she left to become innkeeper/manager of a Bed & Breakfast located in New London, CT. At the completion of that contract she began a career at Computer Sciences Corporation, developing her business experience over the next 15 years to include HR, procurement, business analysis and service level management. Tracey graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree.



Helen Schultheis

Helen, a recent Wagner College graduate, brings her social media ‘know-how’ to Cognitive Box. In recent years she has resided in Boston, New York, Milan and Amsterdam, working in PR, sales, marketing, and business support. In positions at Versace and Education First, she gained experience with social networks and their business benefits in the modern global market. She is a blogger, a cultural enthusiast, and avid traveler.
